Bring your favorite bottle of wine and settle in for a relaxing way to end your week—Based on the principals of Yin Yoga, this class brings together slow and intentional movements focusing on the deep connective tissues, fascia, tendons and ligaments. Most positions will be held on the lower body and positions will be held for several minutes at a time. This class is for all levels who are looking for a practice to slow down and focus on deep breathing , flexability and range of motion. All levels and experience welcome. Fridays at 6:30 pm

No wine will be sold. Please provide your own beverage of choice. Must be 21 or over to drink.
